Description
Right in downtown Sioux Falls, South Dakota... Falls Park surrounds an old mill that was built next to waterfalls on the Big Sioux River. On this evening some moody storm clouds mirrored the blurring of water flowing through quartzite formations during a long exposure. As the last bits of twilight fell I hurried back to my car to avoid the lightning that was moving in.
